1. Who this agreement is with

TagGenerator AI is a product by Plainwork, a solo-operated software business run by Ksenia. These Terms apply to your use of TagGenerator AI.

2. What you're buying

TagGenerator AI is sold as a one-time purchase for lifetime access, activated with a personal access code. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

3. Fair use

To keep the tool fast and reliable for everyone, your account is subject to a daily generation limit (currently 50 generations per day). This is intended for normal individual or single-business use.

4. Content you generate

TagGenerator AI generates captions and hashtags based on the photo or video and information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, including for accuracy and compliance with the rules of the platform you're posting to.

5. Ownership of generated content

Any captions or hashtags generated for you are yours to use, publish, and edit freely. Plainwork claims no ownership over content you generate.

6. Who can use the product

TagGenerator AI is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.

8. Availability

The product is provided "as is." While every effort is made to keep it running reliably, no uptime guarantee is made.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
